New Year’s Eve Celebrations

December 31st, 2021

Ring in the new year with a celebration in Vail. Shred the slopes all day long before making your final turns of 2021. After you’re done on the slopes, grab an après drink to cheer for the new year. As part of Vail Holidays, New Year’s Eve will include both a Torchlight Parade & Fireworks! Fireworks will be set off at around 6:15 PM, perfect for those who don’t want to stay up until the clock strikes midnight!

Vail Après

Daily at 4:00 PM

Every day once the ski runs close for the day, the villages of Vail and Lionshead welcome skiers and pedestrians alike to enjoy an Après ski snack or drink in the many restaurants and bars. We recommend the Red Lion as a destination to enjoy appetizers, beers, and cocktails as well as live music and a festive atmosphere.
